In 2019, the Indiana General Assembly enacted Senate Enrolled Act 4. SEA-4 required the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) to conduct regional meetings to help drinking water and waste water utilities to work together to address long-term needs. SEA-4 requires drinking water and wastewater utilities to report their participation to the IFA to qualify for the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program by March 1, 2021, and every March 1 of each odd numbered year after 2021. Attending this webinar will qualify and the documentation will occur at the end of the presentations.
