4th Annual Joint Utility Management Seminar

The 4th Annual Joint Utility Management Seminar will be held October 15, 2015 at Bowen Engineering. This is a joint event between the Indiana Section AWWA and the Indiana Water Environment Federation. During this program, attendees will engage in educational sessions, discussions and networking to enhance understanding of ways to effectively manage utilities. Presentations this year will cover stakeholder understanding, customer satisfaction and workforce development – all relevant and timely issues as the makeup of the workforce continues to shift and utilities continue efforts to engage and educate consumers on utility rates and infrastructure projects.
Six hours credit are pending for wastewater, drinking water, engineering, and certified public accounting.
