Our Technical Program Committee has been hard at work preparing what we believe is our best program yet! NEW THIS YEAR is an educational tract specifically geared towards our city and town mayors, managers, utility board members, and councils. We encourage participation of our mayors, managers, board members and councils to inform them of upcoming issues facing their utilities. We also invite them to stay for our evening competitions reception and then our legislative reception where they can meet with their state representative. To view the preliminary program please follow the link below (note- this schedule is preliminary and subject to change).
Attendee Registration – NOW OPEN
Registration is NOW OPEN for all attendees. Please be sure to use the correct form below – either utility personnel (any individual that works for a utility) or non-exhibiting service providers. Note: If you are an exhibiting company looking to add additional personnel, please contact our office.
Utility personnel – remember, if you have never attended one of our Annual Conferences, or it has been at least 5 years, your registration is complimentary!
Registration is NOW OPEN for our exhibitors. Please note that the Exhibit Hall has been REDESIGNED this year to offer maximized flow and better use of the exhibit hall space. At this time, spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis in the order that they were received and points accrued. A map of available booth space is below and will be updated as booth placements have been made (a copy of the map is also available in the Exhibitor Prospectus below). Also included below is a listing of our current exhibitors.
Each booth includes 2 registrations, 2 chairs, a table, 110-volt electricity and a wastebasket. Your display MUST fit inside your booth, so please purchase the proper booth size. Booths are available in 8’x6′, 10’x6′ and 10’x10′.
Be sure to take the time to read through the Exhibitor Prospectus below to familiarize yourself with the changes for this year. Included in the Prospectus is information regarding break station sponsorships and booth presentation opportunities.
To register for your booth, complete the registration form included in the Exhibitor Prospectus or complete the on-line registration.
