109th Indiana Section AWWA Annual Conference

Exhibitor registration is NOW OPEN! The exhibitor prospectus can be found below. You can register using either the forms included in the packet or via the online registration link below. Secure your spot today! Early bird registration ends October 15 – after that prices do increase.
The 2017 conference is being held at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The Marriott is located at 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. For reservations, you can call 800.266.9432. Let them know you are with the Indiana Section AWWA. You can also reserve your room online at our event registration site. The room rate for our conference is $139.00 per night, until the room block is sold out or January 13, 2017.
The Marriott offers valet and self parking – at an additional cost. To assist you with planning your visit to our conference, please see the downtown parking map provided by VisitIndy. This will help you have a plan for parking before getting downtown. Parking at the hotel is not guaranteed. Those guests staying at the hotel will be given priority parking. Additionally, the hotel has begun renovations and while the renovations will not impact our conference directly, it will impact the parking. Construction vehicles will be taking up some of the spaces previously used by our larger-utility vehicles. Parking for these vehicles will be limited this year.
