Peru Utilities is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of 2nd Class Maintenance. The applicant should have the ability to perform various manual functions, operates equipment, and performs maintenance of the wastewater facilities, vehicles, and systems. A high school diploma is required plus some job-related work experiences. Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license with a Class B, CDL with Tanker, Air Brake, and Manual Transmission endorsements, or be able to obtain with 120 days. Must possess certifications for tasks involving confined space, excavating, and trenching, or be prepared to acquire certification within 90 days of employment.
