Operator certification renewals are scheduled to go out Monday, May 3, 2021, for certifications expiring June 30, 2021. Also included in this renewal mailing is the last chance renewal for those operators whose certifications expired June 30. 2020. For these operators, failure to renew by June 30, 2021, means they will have to retest to regain their certification (IC 13-18-11-6.5(c)). These certifications are in the grace period which allows renewal after completing all continuing education, submitting renewal paperwork, and paying the $30.00 fee. These operators should not be acting in the role of certified operator in any capacity on an expired certification (IC 13-18-11-14(b)).
