Purpose and Objectives
The Arrangements Committee’s purpose is to provide volunteers for the Annual Conference. The “blue coats” scan operators’ badges as they enter and depart each session to ensure they receive credit for the appropriate sessions attended. They also confirm that speakers have needed equipment and help with lighting and sound needs for presentations. Committee members also collect tickets for meal functions. This Committee provides a valuable service to our conference attendees and participation on this Committee is a great way to meet and interact with a lot of new people.
