Registration for exhibitors for our 107th Annual Meeting is now open. Registration materials can be found on our events page. To secure a lower rate for your booth, the early bird registration date is October 15. After this date booth prices will increase. Returning companies who send their booth payment in by the 15th of October will receive consideration for returning to the same booth if requested.
If you complete the Additional Personnel Registration Form and send it along with your payment, your personnel can register at the $125 member rate. This must be done in conjunction with your Exhibit/Booth purchase and the offer ends November 1, 2014. Each booth includes registration for two booth personnel.
We are anticipating another sold-out show, so please get your registrations in early to secure your spot. Once again this year we are offering three booth sizes:
- 8′ x 6′ booth space – $625 for members reserved before October 15, 2014
- 10′ x 6′ booth space – $725 for members reserved before October 15, 2014
- 10′ x 10′ booth space – $1,025 for members if reserved before October 15, 2014 (these booths are in the hallway only)
