Purpose and Objectives

The Young Professionals (YP) Committee is an energetic group of water professionals under 35 years of age or with less than 10 years of experience. We are operators, engineers, scientists, marketing specialists, accountants, contractors, vendors, students and more – if this is you and you would like to be involved in the industry, please join the YP Committee. Our mission is to promote involvement of YPs and university students at the state and national level through networking opportunities, technical presentations, tours, volunteerism, and mentorship programs within communities and universities across Indiana. These initiatives and programs provide peers invaluable opportunities to connect with other professionals within the water industry.
