The Philanthropy Committee leads the efforts for fundraising for Indiana Section AWWA's philanthropic programs. These programs include; One AWWA Operator Scholarship, the Gambold Education Fund, AWWA's Water Equation, AWWA's Community Engineering Corps (CEC), and the Section's Youth Water Science STEM Education Grant Award, which encourages statewide 3rd-8th grade teachers to engage their students in projects pertaining the water conservation, the water cycle, or other water related topics by applying for the Youth Water Science STEM Education Grant. Candidates can apply for grant monies for their enthusiasm in water education.
