July 29, 2026 Annual Golf Outing

To all our valued Vendor friends: See the following donation structure for our upcoming golf outing. Remember,
you may choose only one “golf” option! Please remember that your sponsorship not only pays for your golf,
dinner, and refreshments, it also defrays the cost of the outing and raises money for One AWWA Operator
Scholarships, Water For People, and The Nenyui Project, https://www.thenenyuiproject.com.
Remember to wear your ugliest golf shirt and compete to win the “Ugliest Golf Shirt” contest as judged by
Section staff & golf volunteers!! Win a cash prize & be memorialized in our fall issue of the News Leaks
newsletter.

All donations should be received no later than Friday, July 17th.

Location Information
The golf outing will be held at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Indianapolis, Indiana. The golf format will be a scramble with 10:00 am shotgun start. Putting contest finals, a buffet dinner, and an awards presentation, begin at approximately 3:00 pm. Please fill out the registration form - for those of you who select a golf level sponsorship we will use your company name to slot your foursome. As always, it is first come, first served or the first payment to arrive gets the spot. Please remember that we do accept credit cards (Amex, Discover, Master Card and Visa) so you can fax or email your payment and forms in (this will move you to the front of the line). When you arrive (for those of you who chose a golf level sponsorship) at the course, only your team captain needs to check in. NO tickets and NO hassles because everything is included!! Registrations must be received and paid by Friday, July 17th, to reserve your spot. We are limited to 64 teams for this event so get your registration in early.
