SEA4 obligates water utilities to complete annual water loss audits.  Additionally, starting in 2020 and every even-numbered year thereafter, water loss audits are required to be validated by a certified, third-party water loss audit validator.  The Indiana Finance Authority and the Indiana Section AWWA are conducting water loss audit validator workshops around the state to certify validators.  CEUs and PDHs will be available to attendees. SEA-4 required the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) to conduct regional meetings to help drinking water and waste water utilities to work together to address long-term needs.
