Sponsor Opportunity – Break Stations

The break station sponsorships are $350 each.  Your logo will be displayed at the break station the entire conference, allowing maximum exposure for your sponsorship dollars.

Sponsor Opportunity – Silent Auction benefitting Water for People

Water for People was started by a dedicated group of AWWA volunteers and is having a significant impact on the world water and sanitation crisis.  Through our 2015 Silent Auction, we hope to raise $12,000 with your assistance.  Donated items have included college football tickets, professional and Triple A baseball tickets, NBSA tickets, tools, golf course passes, electronics, candy baskets, clothing, etc.  This year we are adding a theme for Valentine’s Day, so jewelry and more chocolate will be added this year.  If you and/or your organization are interested in donating an item, please fill out the form below and return to Committee Chair Cathy Lance.   We are also accepting cash donations and will then purchase items on your behalf.

The room rate for our conference is $139 + tax per night, until the room block is sold out or January 27, 2015.  Parking is not included in the room rate and is an additional cost.

 

Exhibitor Booth Registration

Our exhibit hall for the 2015 conference is sold out.  Registration for the 2016 Annual Conference will open around August 2015.
