Responsibilities include planning, design, and construction administration of civil and environmental engineering projects. Candidate must have 10-15 years experience with a focus on wastewater treatment design and construction projects and possess an Indiana P.E. license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity), Kentucky and/or Illinois P.E. license also helpful. | Operations Supervisor Location: Terre Haute, Indiana Employment Type: Full-time Regular Experience Required: 1 to 3 years. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Primary Role: Directs the day-to-day management, development and operation of metering water for the Company. Key Accountabilities: Supervises associates engaged in the efficient operation of the Company program for reliable operation, maintenance, protection, and appearance of the property and facilities to provide for distribution of water. Assures that policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance, and approved objectives are adhered to and/or achieved including those involving safety, affirmative action, and labor relations. Responsible for proactive, courteous and responsive customer interface at all times. Plans, prepares, and controls the portion of the financial plan relating to responsibilities. Controls construction, maintenance and operations expenses within established financial plan guidelines. Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Interfaces with managerial, non-managerial, union employees, customers, vendors, contractors and corporate disciplines, such as, Engineering, Water Quality, Safety, etc. Knowledge: Functional knowledge of water treatment and distribution principles; also knowledge of general safety OSHA regulations.
