Purpose and Objectives
The Arrangements Committee assists the Secretary-Treasurer of the Indiana Section with all aspects of the Indiana Section Annual Meeting to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The Arrangements Committee recruits and oversees the "Blue Coats" who make sure that all the needs of speakers at the Annual Meeting are met. They make sure the audiovisual equipment is set up and working for each session and they handle lighting needs. They also stamp verification forms for contact hour requirements. The Blue Coats ensure that refreshments are available at the appropriate times and collect tickets for all luncheons and the banquet. They also organize the spouses' program and check the spouses' hospitality room regularly.
